I have mostly been doing my entries on books because I like reading although I like to watch movies as well.

The good thing about blogging is that we don’t have to write on paper but we can type on the computer which is more easy. Also we can get the people who read the entries to either watch the movie or read the book.

The bad things are that sometimes you don’t know what to blog about if you have not read or seen something.

There isn’t really anything I have learnt from the movies or books becauce they are non-fiction.

I think my reading has improved and I am reading bigger novels.

Blogging has helped me in my writing and typing.

My goals are to read bigger novels. 

I chose to watch an episode of That 70’s Show.

I chose to watch it because I’ve seen other episodes and I thought they were hilarious.

This episode was about Red having his annual veterans day barbecue. He finds out that his neighbour Bob is also having one. First Bob has white, blue and red napkins then Red has blue, white and red burgers then Bob has ‘Sparkler Dogs’ then Red gets a keg. Bob gives in and says he’s a failure. Later his daughter Donna comes by and says that her dad really wanted a good barbecue because he was going bankrupt and wanted to be big shot one last time. So Red gets all the ‘freeloaders’ to go over to Bob’s and so on.

My favourite part was when Fez and Kelso were shaking up the cans of soft drink.

The worst part was when Jackie was with Hyde because it was boring.

Overall I give this episode 8 out of 10.

I partially agree on the idea of banning thin models because I don’t like the idea of starving yourself to look pretty but if models weren’t thin then the audience might be put off by fat and stuff. I think that models should be thin but not thin as in anorexic and belimic people. The newspaper is set in paragraphs and the are peoples opinions. 

I chose to watch American Pie The Wedding.

I chose to watch this because I remember watching it and it was funny plus I have seen the other movies.

This film was about Jim and Michelle’s wedding. What happened was that while planning the wedding disasters were at every turn. Some disasters were pubic hair on the wedding cake, dead flowers and his fiance’s parents think he’s a dog rapist. My favourite character is Steve Stifler because he is hilarious.

My favourite part was when they were in the gay bar and Stifler had a dance-off.

There were no gay parts in it because it was all good.

Overall I give it ten out of ten and think it is a hilarious movie. I recommend it and the age group is teenagers.

I chose to read Spindle’s End a fantasy book.

I chose to read it because it seemed interesting and the blurb made it sound cool.

It was about a king and a queen who after fifteen years of marriage finally had a baby girl to claim the throne after they died. There was a glorious naming day where twenty one fairy godmothers were invited for her (the princess) twenty one names. Unfortunately an evil fairy holding a grudge on the royal family rocks up and puts a curse on the princess. So the baby is secretly given to a fifteen year old girl to look after. The princess was 21 when she finds out she is the princess and other stuff happens.

Overall it isn’t a very good book and I give it 5 out of 10.

I chose to read Truck Dogs by Graeme Base.

I chose to read this book because it seemed interesting.

This book was about half dogs and half trucks. These truckdogs were in trouble because an army of Rottweilers had come to steal all their fuel. Luckily a local streetgang came back and saved the day. My favourite character was Clutch who was a pyscho truckdog that became good

My favourite part was when they were fighting because it was interesting.

The worst parts were when they were talking because it was boring.

I give this book nine out of ten and I recommend it to ages ten to thirteen.

She danced and grooved ‘cos she was funky
She danced at the park and on the road
Until she got flattened by a truck

I chose to read Evil Genius by Katherine Jinks.

I chose to read this book because it seemed interesting and I after my brother read it he told me it was a good book.

I have not finished reading it but so far it is really good. It all started when seven year old Cadel Piggott an adopted child with an IQ of a genius hacked into a computer network but was caught. He was brought to a child therapist who happened to know alot about sunc as his real father was a genius called Phineus Darkkon and was locked in a high security jail. Thaddeus-the therapist and Cadel become friends and at 14 years of age Cadel finished year 12. Now he is going to a university which teaches stuff like Forgery, Embezzlement, Bombs and other stuff like that. I don’t know what is going to happen but my brother said it wasn’t much of an ending.

My favourite parts are when Cadel plants bomb and other dangerous things.

The worst parts are when it gets all technical.

Overall this is a good book and I give it ten out of ten. 

I chose to read Angels and Demons which was written by Dan Brown

I chose this book because it was by the same author that wrote The Da Vinci Code and the Da Vinci Code is my favourite book.

THis book was about the Illuminati planting an Antimatter bomb somewhere inside the Vatican right on the day of conclave-the election of a new pope 15 days after the old one dies. The four prefered cardinals-people trying to be pope have all been kidnapped and are going to be killed in four different locations at different times. The main characters are Robert Langdon and Vittoria Vetra.

My favourite part was when this guy told a story.

The worst part was when they were talking all technical.

I give this book ten out of ten and recommend it.
